We are not contracted with any insurance panels. Our fee is $150/session. We are able to provide a superbill upon request if a client would like to submit to their insurance company for out of network benefits. We cannot guarantee out of network benefits for any of our clients as all insurance companies have their own rules for accepting out of network providers.

In the first appointment we will go over your history and goals for what you would like to achieve with therapy.

There is no way to prescribe a time length for therapy, it varies depending on the work a client puts in outside of therapy, frequency of therapy, and ultimately it is up to the client to decide when they feel like they have reached their desired level of improvement. Our goal, however, is to work ourselves out of a job. If you aren’t improving, we are not effective. If we get to a point where it seems that our methods are not working, we will discuss a referral to another therapist who might be able to better serve you. When a client feels they are ready to graduate from therapy, we know we have been an effective therapist.
